Thank you for shopping with PawFlourish. We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened pet supplements, chews, or consumable products
  • Grooming tools that have been used
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at pawflourish@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at pawflourish@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right β€” whether that's a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company β€” it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
